Filipinos Abroad Crave For This

It's not just me who craves the food that i used to eat back in my beloved country, especially those fresh ones, such as vegetables, coconut milk and of course the fish. I grew up eating fresh caught fish from the ocean and that is one most food i always crave, although i get fish that i like here at Asian store where i often go to, but it's not the same as what i used to eat while i was still back in Philippines.

Last year when we had our long vacation with my kiddos, i made sure that i am going to have plenty of dried fish when i come back here in USA. Since i can't bring some fresh ones (that would stinks my luggage huh? LOL!). I had different kinds of dried fish and i am so glad that i did because until now i still got some that i can indulge whenever i crave for it. I can just easily grab a bag in our freezer and cook it. This picture below is one of the dried fish i got in my freezer. We call this "BONELESS DANGGIT". I fried it the other day and still got some uncooked in the freezer. If you are a Filipina/Filipino like me, you must be drooling right now just by looking at this picture, aren't you? Admit it! Don't be such a denial queen! LOL!
