Replaced Outdoor Lighting

We've been prepared already for the spring to come, yet the weather seems like it's not ready still. We still get nasty weather here and there, and we can't really wait to have a real nice weather here. Anyway, we got our outdoor lighting replaced the other day. Hubby and i were wondering how did our light got broken since we just barely had it, it was new and then we realized that it was broken. So we had to buy a new one and replaced it. We were thinking that it's probably because we still get very cold temperature at night and that might have caused it. We're just assuming that was the reason why it got broken, but we really did not know. Anyway, no big deal since we already have it replaced.
