My puto espesyal became famous to my friends when i started to cook it here in America. Every time we have gatherings, i don't miss cooking it and serve it to them. They have been asking how i cook it and so i gave them the recipe and the procedure on how. But some of them came back to me and told me that they haven't got it quite right, i dunno why. They would rather eat what i make instead of cooking of their own.
I went for a vacation for about four months and when i came back here, my friends requested me to cook again, well it's because they are close to my heart, i did. The first time i cook the puto espesyal since i came back was last October 30, halloween party. My five year old one wanted to help me so i just told him to put the food coloring in it, and he did. He mixed every colors we have and this was the result, the picture below. Oooppps! There's a tiny hand grabbing one! That's my little potato by the way, can't resist not to grab for it looks yummy to his greedy eyes, lol!
