I Got It!!!

If you happen to stumble my site last month, i posted an update here about the camera that i have been dreaming to have. I really thought that it will be remain as only dream to have camera, but now i finally got it!!! I really am so happy because i didn't expect that my husband would buy it for me, but he actually did! I couldn't be more happier. He also bought me one lens that really cost a lot. Hubby told me that he will buy me another lens on my birthday next year. This is the most expensive Christmas present i ever received from hubby aside from my car. The camera is really nice and beautiful! I just can't wait to attend the free class that is included by the package when hubby bought the camera. I am looking forward to learn more about it and shoot like a pro!

Anyway, i would like to grab the chance to greet you all a merry christmas and have a wonderful new year ahead!!!

Out Of Ideas

I am running out of ideas what to cook for my family! Especially for my silly son! My husband is not picky at all and so as our son but isn't so tiring when you eat the same food every other day? I want to eat something new and something really good, who doesn't anyway? But honestly, i am running out of ideas what to prepare. Sometimes my son asks simple and easy to prepare kind of food and it makes me feel bad because he doesn't get to eat real good food anymore. I always prepare meal for him though but it is not that special. I love to cook but i cannot do it like i wanted to anymore since i have a small baby to take care of as well. This little boy i have now is more demanding when it comes to attention, unlike his big brother. So any mothers can suggest what they usually do and prepare for their family? I would love to hear any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

Always Up Late

Ever since my husband works on a swing shift, we always go to bed so late. And i am kind of getting use to it and so as my oldest boy. He stays up late and waits for me to go to bed. I really don't like the idea that he is up until midnight because it's not good for him, not for everyone anyway. He won't go to bed unless i will too. I have to manage our schedule so my son will go to bed right on time like what he is suppose to. He's got school three times a week and he gets up late in the morning that sometimes hard for me to wake him up because he always whines that he is still sleepy. Hubby said that we need to change our schedule, he is looking forward to get a morning shift job. I also am hoping he will get it so we don't have to stay late to wait for him to get home.

Christmas Cards

It's time to buy christmas cards isn't it? This is the perfect time to find the best christmas cards for the love ones who's far from you. Like me, i have my family back in Philippines and i never fail to send my mother a Christmas card every year because i know it makes her heart sing and will paint a smile on her face. Also i am going to buy some more for my dear friends that i have not seen for a long time and for all my online blogger friends as well. This way, i can show them that i am thinking about them and wants to extend my heartfelt gratitude for being so nice and supportive to me when i had the lowest point of my life. I would like them to know that i will be forever thankful for giving me moral support and those comforting words that they gave me.

Weird Dream

Last night i had a very weird dream. Everything was upside down, except myself. It was hard for me to do the things i wanted to do because all the things i saw was upside down. It was the first time i dreamed like that, i felt so uncomfortable and dizzy due to the things that are upside down. I tried to put all the things into its proper place but i can't. Every time i tried to correct them, they goes back to where i got them, so funny and weird indeed. I told my dream to hubby and he said he had never dreamed something just like what i had. Oh well it was just a dream but still it made me think what was the meaning of all those upside down things, maybe there is a message that my dream wants to say, i guess, i don't really know.

My Dream To Have

It's been long time ago since i dream to own a DSLR camera. Because every time i see my friends taken photos, it amazes me how a very high technology camera could capture a very beautiful angle of a photo. I love to take photos myself, in fact i always have my point and shoot camera with me inside my purse so that wherever i go, just in case i have something that i like to take picture of, i can grab my camera right away. Well, i have been dreaming to have one DSLR someday but i guess i can never own one. I have no money to buy that very expensive camera that i have been longing to have, it would be just one of my dream that might never come true and it will just remain as someday....

Divorce? So Sad!

I was debating myself whether i have to rant this very confidential matter here or better just keep it to myself. I am just too confused what to do or what to say though. But i think i can rant this matter since it is actually my friend's problem, they are having problem with their marriage. She told me that her husband has been cold to her for a while now and she just found out that her husband is having an affair to another girl. She actually talked to her husband's girl and the girl won't just simply give up. So, she decided that she will be the one to give way instead since she can just sense that her husband doesn't care for her anymore. It is sad to know that they ended like this situation. They used to be the sweetest couple i have known. Yesterday my friend phoned me that she already looked for nj divorce lawyers so she will be finally free of heartaches she is feeling right now.

Balikbayan Box

Is anybody here knows about balikbayan box that is for free? Well, i was asking about this because when i went to the asian store the other day, the owner of the store asked me if i know something about the free shipping of dry goods to my country home. I told her that i will research about it because she is going to give lots of dry goods to the typhoon victims in Philippines which i am sure it is going to be a big help to those who are in need badly. She will also include canned goods so those poor people that can't able to buy food to eat, can have something at least even just canned food. Bless her heart for thinking of my fellow Filipinos that are in need of help. She is waiting for me to tell her about the free shipping. So guys please if you know something, don't hesitate to tell me so i can relay the message to the owner of the store that i go to.

I Need To Work

I am so bored right now! Ever since when i was younger i used to work and make my own money so i can buy things that i want and not asking someone else to buy them for me. But now that i am married, i am now a stay home wife and a mother of two kids that i cannot just leave, they are just too young to be trusted to the baby sitters and i cannot just afford to lose even a second of my time for them. But i am looking forward that soon when they are old enough, i will for sure look for a job that will keep me occupied. Just like my friend, all her kids are grown now that's why she is working and i heard that her work at Cydcor is really awesome because the company is one supportive work environment.

Brrr.... Cold!!!!

Yes, it is cold now here in Utah and i guess no one could stop that, lol! I really hate cold because i cannot go out that much and do what i want to do outside. I like summer better because i can get to hang out with my friends and go somewhere i like to be in. It really sucks when snow is starting to fall and the trees are starting to get bald. Even though i have been here for almost 5 years now, still i am not into winter, i mean i love to watch the snow falling but i just simply hate the effect of it, the freezing cold. Well, i have no choice but to live with it since i am living here. Sounds like i am complaining? Life eh!

Black Friday Ads

Well, well, well. Here i am again thinking about shopping this coming Black Friday. I just saw the Black Friday ads and i have seen a lot of things that i liked. Actually it is not for me though, it's for my kids. My kids are growing so fast, especially my oldest son. He doesn't have winter coats that fits him no more. This is the perfect time to buy him some new ones. He goes to school and he's got to have winter coats that will keep warm when i take him and pick him up from school. I just realized all this when he told me that his coat that he wore earlier was kinda tight on him, poor boy. Good thing he mentioned this to me, it reminded me to buy new ones. And might as well it's a good timing to buy things that he needs, i am going to buy some for me, for my husband and for our little one as well. I noticed that the more you buy things on holiday season, the more you save money.

Another Get Together

I just received a phone call earlier and it was my friend Ate Beth. She phoned me because we are going to have another get together with the other pinays. We will be watching the fight of the most famous boxer fighter Manny Pacquiao. I so love to be with these friends because they are real and fun to be with. I choose my friends carefully because i don't like to hang out with those hypocrite ones. And these friends i am talking about are honest and worth to keep as friends. I can't wait for the Saturday to come. I haven't seen them for a while now because they are all busy with their jobs and schedules and so am i. I got two kiddos to take care of that's why it is hard for me to fit in all the gatherings they have before. And this coming get together, i am sure i am not going to miss it!

Great Deal For Mommies

Alright! My problem is now solved! Do you know what it is? Well, it's about my son and his favorite shows. He goes to school now and he misses most of his favorite shows during school time. He gets frustrated when i tell him that his show that he's been waiting is over because he went to school. He loves school of course but he just gets upset knowing that his school time and his favorite shows are in the same time. Every time i pick him up from school and come home, he always whines and cry because he wants me to find his show even though i already told him it is over, sometimes it could be frustrating you know and can be annoying hearing my son wanting me to find solution to it.

But good thing i found a solution to my silly boy's so called problem. He doesn't have to worry about missing all his favorite shows since we already have the Charter On Demand. Leaves Are Falling

Hubby never can get to finish raking the leaves in our lawns. There's leaves everywhere and hubby is patiently waiting until all the leaves is going to fall off so he rake all of them and put it in the garbage bin. He's been doing it since last week and still there's more leaves to rake. I was gonna help my poor husband but he told me not to because it's a hard work. It's hard work enough for me to take care of our kids give my full attention to them. Good thing that the garbage truck picks up the garbage twice a week now. They usually picks up the garbage during Tuesday but now they have one extra day on Wednesday to pick up the extra garbage as well. We have a lot of big trees that surrounds our house so it's no surprise if hubby is quiet busy raking all those falling dried leaves....

Replacing Old Ones

You probably all know already about our plan to have a little renovation in our house since i already mentioned this topic for couple of times already. I told hubby that it's time to replace some other furnitures we have here into a Modern Furniture. Things change as years go by. I love all the new modern furnitures that i have been eyeing. I already have a list what to get for our house and i just can't wait to replace our old ones. And aside from that, we are also planning to purchase the wooden playhouse that we are going to put in our backyard so when our boys are a little older they can stay and play together to that wooden playhouse that we are going to have for them.

I Need My Beauty Rest

I don't know why i feel so tired today. I was gonna do my chores but then i am too lazy to do them because my body is telling me to have some rest. I guess i will take a nap after this since my kiddos are all resting too. I just picked up my preschooler from his school and he said he is tired so now he is in his room taking a nap. Also the little brother of his is in his own bed as well taking a nap. So, since they are quiet, i'll give myself a break too. I just feel like i am drunk that need to sleep so bad. I am thinking this might be the effect of the medicine i took an hour ago. Well, see you later friends and i have to get my beauty rest, lol!

Forgetful Me

I am not sure if i am just simply getting old or i am getting forgetful because i have had undergone so many surgeries in life. But either one of the reason of this, it don't really matter to me. All i wish is just i should remember what i should. I am talking about special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and some other special occasions that my family has. I do remember my family's birthdays and of course our anniversary with my husband, but i cannot remember my relative's birthdays and i just feel bad if i will miss it. That's why i bought a pocket calendars so i won't miss the chance to greet my family on their very special day and their anniversaries with their spouses and will be able to give them a little present from me.

What Do You Think?

When you guys hear about Christmas, what do you have in mind? Well, if you ask that to me, honestly i would say presents! lol! Yes that's right! Presents only shows the one you love that you think about them, no matter how simple, inexpensive it is, still it would show that you do care. I opened this topic today because i have something in my mind already that i want my hubby to buy it for me. A cellphone. When i was still in Philippines, i cannot live without cellphone since the new high technology cellphones was being acknowledged to the world. Why? Maybe because back where my mother lives, there is no satellite that carrier could reach, in short, it is very isolated island. But nowadays it is getting better.

Anyway, a friend of mine came over to visit and chitchat for a little bit. We talked about cellphones, about the good deals since Christmas is coming and they are offering very affordable plans. So i researched it and found a very nice one. I fell so inlove with the phone because it is touch screen. I really am not sure though if i can buy this myself with my own little income but my husband sure can for me. Well, i have to be very extra sweet so i can get what i want for Christmas, lol! I am thinking that he can buy the unit for me and i will be the one to pay the monthly bills. I don't know, i have to think about it first, it's not really necessary for me to have it but it would be nice if i can have a cellphone just in case for emergency especially now that my son is going to school. So what do you think? Should i tell my husband to buy me one or i would rather not?

Need To Fix It

I hardly use the toilet we have in our master's bedroom because sometimes it gets stuck and i don't like the idea of leaving it and not taking care of it. I have been bugging my husband about it and because he is probably annoyed of my complaints, he promised me to call a plumber and let them fix it for us. It's just sucks when the toilet doesn't work like it's supposed to. And my son likes to go there because it is easy for him to reach the seat and no matter how i tell him not to use it yet because the waste water parts is not working right, still he likes to go there and use it instead of our big bathroom.

So Ready!

My son is so ready for trick or treating. Last Saturday he's got a school activities and he gets to wear his halloween costume this year. It's supposed to be a scream movie kind of costume but he didn't liked the mask so i didn't force him to wear it because he said he can't breath if i put it on him. So i am just thinking that it would be good idea if i just paint his face which he likes it better that way. I also bought him a new metal pumpkin bucket because his old one is kinda wrecked already and he's got some pencils that he stacked in there. He is so funny because he told me that when we go to trick or treating, i have to bring a bag or two so if his bucket will get full he can just pour his treats to the bag and use the bucket again for trick or treating, lol! Isn't he so clever? Yes his brain works so clever! I am just too proud of my son.

He Takes Care Of It

During peach day celebration here in our small city we always get to see different kinds of motorbikes, different styles and different models. I am fascinated with those fancy ones of course but i really am scared to drive it. They have motorbikes show and bikers will show their own motorbikes at the big parade. I have a friend that her husband is one biker and he said that he's been a biker for a while now. I saw his motorbike and i just so love it. He surely takes care of it so good because i can see all his sport bike parts were still in very good condition. Maybe i will just dream to drive his motorbike but not for real, still i don't have enough confidence to drive one.

Halloween Is Coming

Halloween is just around the corner isn't it? My son and i both love halloween. He is excited about it because of the trick or treat, and i am excited about it because my friends and i are planning to have a costume party. I just can't wait to wear my daring costume. I am going to be a very daring hooter, lol! My son would be dark ghost and he is anxious to wear it. His costume is supposed to be a scream movie like but since he doesn't like to wear the mask, i will just paint his face which he like it better that way. I really can't wait to wear my costume no more, getting so excited and i don't know what's my friends gonna wear this time. It's thrilling though... Hope our party will be as fun like before....

Good To See Them Again!

A lot of friends told me that i am a very good friend but evil when provoked. But despite of my mean look, i can still make friends to those who take risks, lol! Well, looks can be deceiving as what many people said and i guess i am one of that mean look they are talking about. Yeah, i have been getting comments from my dear friends now that were hesitant before to make friends with me because soon as they see my pictures, they would immediately think i am a no good friend at all, but later on as they get to know me more, they will realize how sweet person i am to them. I am true to myself and honest to my friends. I can comfort friends to my best knowledge...

That's why i was really surprised, that a lot of my old long lost friends i have before has been looking for me through MyLife... I didn't know that they are eager to look for me even though we have our own different lives now, still they want to keep in touch with me, and for me that's really a sweet thoughts of them... Of course i am very flattered when they told me that it's hard for them to forget me because i am one good friend that is worth to keep. Well, same here, i keep good friends in my heart forever as well. In fact, i treat my good selected friends as my brothers and sisters... Isn't it so sweet to think that old friends will try their best just to look for you? Good thing there's this MyLife to help people find their long lost friend or someone who is very special to them.... Hmmmm, that reminds me, i wanna find someone that is really important and precious to me and that will leave untold to everyone since it's no use to tell you because you didn't know that person i am talking about, lol!

Poor Thing

My son wasn't able to go to school earlier because he is ill. I panicked last night because he had very high fever, hallucinating, and shivering. That's why i decided to take him to the doctor right away and found out that he is having ear infection and tonsillitis. Good thing it isn't the one that i thought it was. I was really scared because swine flu is all over the place nowadays and kids are mostly the target of that bad virus. I am just hoping that he won't get that in school which is the prone area where he can get sick being with those other kids. I am also hoping that once the parents knows that their child has fever or cough, they should not send them to school for other kids safe sake.

Another Week

It's another week again and it's time for my son's school later today! Every time Monday comes, he gets so excited because he knows that he is going to school and he always asks me who will be the snack friend. They take turns of their snacks since there only 14 kids in their class. It's a private school and my son is loving it. On his very first day he was a little hesitant but on the next day he got so excited because he made friends already. I asked the teacher and she said that my son sometimes is being too smart that if she asks one of his classmates he will be the one to answer the question or sometimes he will tell his classmates that he will help them to answer it lol! I was embarrassed a little bit though i don't want my son to show off the crowd but he is just being himself, he thought that he is doing the right thing which is he actually doing the right thing. He just didn't realize that he's not supposed to help his classmates answering the teacher's question so they will learn themselves.

I Am Responsible

I must say that i am a responsible driver. I hit the road earlier going to my son's school to pick him up. It was green arrow, meaning it was my turn to turn left when suddenly this idiot guy out of nowhere appeared. That scared me so really but i honked at him letting him know what he just did. He could've hit me and what scared me most is my baby was with me. Something could have happen bad to us but good thing i was able to swerve my car and luckily there was no car behind me. I just don't get why some people don't respect traffic lights since it is being put there to know when is everyone's turn. Thanks goodness nothing happened to us with my baby. I am very thankful to GOD that he protected us from harm.

Getting Cold

I would say that it is getting cold outside. I really hate cold! I love winter looking at the snow falling but i just hate the cold effect on it. And during this time of season, illness, flu and some other virus thing will be spread easily. I am a little worried because my son is going to school and he might get some kind of bacteria or virus being with some other kids. You just can't tell what's gonna happen you know. I am just hoping that he will be alright and he won't catch all those bad virus....

Anyway, i am starting to make scarves again since that is what i always do during winter. Making scarf is a fun thing to do while watching my favorite shows here in my computer. Also while watching television. In fact, i had a fun contest before and the prize was scarves and quilted blanket that i made. Hmmm, that reminds me, i might post another contest but it won't be so complicated.

It's Been So Long

How long have i been neglecting this website? Been sooooo long!!!! Wonder why? It is because i have had so many things lately in my life that made me occupied... The very first thing is, i got pregnant unexpectedly. If you happen to visit my other websites, i posted some pictures there of my newborn baby boy. Plus the fact that my oldest one is now going to school. Yup, you read it right, he is now a pre-schooler boy. Time flies indeed isn't it?

But anyway, although i have not been posting updates here as often i used to, still i would like you all to know that this website is still alive and kicking, lol! I will still blog whenever i get a chance to sit here in front of my computer and keep you all updated what i am up to lately... So i might can't promise you all that i will update this blog everyday, but i sure can promise you all that i will update this blog every now and then... Fun Face Painting

I always get amused to those people who are very talented when it comes to painting. I have an aunt that is very good in painting. I would say that she must have that talent as she was born with it. Every individual has different talents. My interests are more on blogging, sewing, computers and internet, and cooking as well.

But my aunt is just amazing, she can draw different views and pictures. And as we just finished our chat earlier, she told me that she is interested to register in the class of face painting because her kids wants to be painted the big celebration in our place every year. It is really a fun thing to do and it is also an impressive talent i must say, plus the fact that my aunt is very creative when it comes to her talent. She asked me if i could also buy her a face painting dvd here so she can study how to face paint by watching the face painting video. So good thing i found a safe site where i can purchase her favor. She is anxious to learn and to have the dvd i just can tell.

Lazy Or No Time?

Well honestly, i am feeling both. I feel so lazy that i couldn't even find time to update my blogs. I am always planning everyday to update at least one of my blogs but soon as morning comes, i feel the same way everyday, lazy. I keep telling myself to get back and be busy with my blogs again even though that the paid blogging is not doing good. I guess i am kind of affected of the economic crisis too. Everybody does i think. And i am just hoping that paid blogging will be back again and we bloggers will make more money again so we don't have to go out and look for a job and leave our kids to baby sitters or to a daycare center, which i would never do.

Fun For Summertime

Have you plan of what outdoor activities you are going to do with your family? If you are going to ask me back with that question, yes i do have a plan already and i am sure that my family are going to love it too. I have never tried this before but since i saw this kind of fun at my friend's, it makes me think that why not do it together with my family too!Hubby bought a kingman paintball and a paintball gear for us to use this coming summertime. Since our son is getting so big, he will surely appreciate this kind of activities we are going to do outside the house.

Craving For Puto Cheese

I have been craving the Filipino famous Puto cheese delicacy lately. You wanna know why? Because there was one time that i attended a party to my friend's friend party and she prepared some sweet treats as desserts. And one treat that i ate first was the puto cheese. I tried one or two and it makes me want to grab some more and more. I so love it! I makes me miss my younger brother's puto cheese. He cooks good and bakes cakes so delicious. Too bad i couldn't just simply copy his puto cheese though i know the recipe but every time i tried to make some, it won't come out as good as his, i don't know why. Well i should try it again sometime because i have been craving for it so bad and i want to bring some to my friend's house too since it will be her husband's birthday this coming weekend. So i will just post it here later guys, if the result will come out good just like my brother's!

He Is Thinking About It

Hubby took his work car(old car) to garage shop earlier today because it is acting up and it is not doing good lately. He is worried about it because he needs to have it to go to work. He doesn't want to drive the new car because he said that it is not good to drive the new car for just a short distance, it will cause trouble on the engine. He is concern that he might pay high for the car parts, which he said it won't be worth it if the car is not gonna get better. He said he's rather buy an another used car that is cheaper to take him to work than spending so much money on his old one and later on it will give up on him again.

Still Blogging

Well obviously i haven't updated this blog of mine for so long now and my apology for my loyal readers, droppers and friends who keep on peeping here in my website for not responding your messages and dropping you back. I just had a lot of things going on lately that i need to get it done in certain time that's why i have been away from my computer for a little while. I hope i can come back in full force soon, i really need to cope up in blogging for i have missed some of friend's updates and my entrecard account is not doing good anymore and i need to bring it up again. I love blogging and i have been doing this for two years now and still loving it. There are just time that i am not that inspired to write anything or i might just busy for something else here inside the house. But i will be back soon as possible as i can, and i won't fail my friends who tagged me long time ago anymore.

I Should Be Alert

Time sure flies so fast. We just barely celebrated the Christmas season, then the New year came and now January the very first month of the year is half over, can you believe that? Well, i hardly realized that the days had passed so quickly because i had been so busy lately doing something important that are needed to be done in certain time. I love it though because i don't get bored, i kept on going and going instead of sitting here in front of my computer browsing some things but sometimes it can be boring.

And hubby and i are thinking that we might send our son to school this school year. Our son is very excited upon knowing it, he always mention that he wants to ride a school bus and wants to meet new friends at school. We are thinking it is good for him to start going to school because he is ready to explore things and anxious to learn some more aside from my teachings to him. But there is one thing i worry about, if he will be in school, he will be more expose to different kinds of viruses at school, he gets flu or fever or whatever. Good thing i have now an idea on How to cope with preschool illnesses. I need to be more alert on this and more aware so if times comes like this, i know what to do next.

Missouri Stop

I am very happy i was able to see more states here in America and i must say that America is indeed a very beautiful country. One state that amazed me was Missouri. They had the big arch there that i only used to see on the movie and now i was able to see it in actual. It was beautiful and i can't help to take some snaps of it. The trip we had is very memorable to me and unforgettable experience that i can share to my friends.
